🌟 Rise & Thrive into 2025: May this be an EMPOWERED year for all of us!

Dear Rise & Thrive Family,

I write this from an airport, flight delayed on the way home to Guatemala after a holiday week with family in Belize, witnessing the comings and goings of life. 

Oh what a life it is!

As we stand on the brink of a new year, I invite you to join me in a moment of reflection on the journey we’ve shared in 2024.

It’s been a year filled with agonies and ecstasies, challenges and triumphs, and everything in between. Isn’t it always? ;)

This year, I embraced the unknowns of romance and partnership, saying yes to love in all its unpredictable wildness. It revealed to me the alchemy of vulnerability and strength found in the dance of co-creative union.

I also gained greater clarity in fully expressing my fears, desires, needs, and boundaries.

And as a lesson in impermanence, I eventually experienced the bittersweet journey of uncoupling, and the unique intimacy of choosing to continue in friendship. 

These experiences have enriched my life and brought me closer to the wild wisdom within, while also empowering me to become even more authentic, compassionate, and connected in all my relationships.

2024 also brought a few health scares that reminded me of the importance of self-care.

Through these challenges, I embarked on significant healing and detox journeys, emerging stronger and more attuned to my body’s needs.

These experiences have reinforced my commitment to living and sharing a more holistic way of being.

In my professional life, I stepped up in a big way, expanding my body of work and celebrating the rise of my Empower Your Voice offerings, both online and in person.

Witnessing the growth and empowerment within this blossoming community has been incredibly rewarding, and I am excited to continue this journey with you.

As we welcome 2025, I encourage you to reflect on your own experiences of the past year.

• And most importantly, how will you RISE to truly THRIVE in the coming year?
